We were created to impact all nations for the glory of Christ. The testimony of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation is that we were created to enjoy God’s grace in relationship to Him, so that we may extend His glory to the ends of the earth. Matthew 28:19 commands and commissions us to “go and make disciples of all nations…” Our goal is to be a faith family of world-impacting disciples who are partnering with our brothers and sisters here and around the world to produce ever-multiplying churches all around our city, this country, and to the ends of the earth.

With this in mind, we’ve scheduled Sunday, October 20th – Wednesday, October 23rd to emphasize our commitment to global disciple-making. We will begin, on Sunday the 20th with special speaker, Pastor Jerry Siler, bringing the word in both our 10:30 am and 6:00 pm services. We are highly encouraging each member of our faith family to pray and be prepared to commit to global mission giving on that Sunday.

We will also be hosting missionaries, Matt and Lana Cretzman (Dominican Republic), Danny and Haruna McKittrick (U.S. military families in Japan) and Mike and Amanda Bui (church planters in west Oahu, Hawaii) those days. They will be preaching in Champion Baptist College chapel (9:45-10:30 am) each day and attending our Small Groups each evening.

We must send believers to preach so that others may hear, repent and believe on the name of the Lord and be saved! The Great Commission is not an EITHER/OR option, but a BOTH/AND command. The Bible teaches that all the church – not just select individuals, is created to reflect all the glory of God to all the world. We are all commanded and commissioned to make disciples of all nations. Each of us must PRAY, GIVE and GO.
